Located in the region of Galicia, in the northwest of Spain, Its impressive Costa da Morte, with important maritime ecosystems, steep cliffs, dunes and fishing villages with traditional lighthouses and beaches, stands out.

The inland is characterized by its mountains and green valleys. Outstanding spaces include the As Mariñas Coruñesas and Terras do Mandeo Biosphere Reserve, the Fragas do Eume Natural Park and the Corrubedo Dune Complex.

In the city of A Coruña, capital of the province, a visit to Torre de Hércules lighthouse, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is essential. Another fundamental stop is Santiago de Compostela, the capital of Galicia and the final destination of the Camino de Santiago, also declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, as well as the Old City of Santiago de Compostela. Of its festivities, stands out the International Festival of Celtic World of Ortigueira and Santiago Apóstol’s one, of International Tourist Interest. In gastronomy, the quality of the seafood is famous.
